His Majesty having ratified on the 3rd of he present month the Preliminary articles of Peace, signed at Versailles on the 20th of Jan. last....which articles it is stipulated that a cessation of hostilities shall take place by sea according to the terms..." with more.
Eight pages, 8 1/4 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
