Page 3 contains a report on the inaugural ceremonies for Thomas Jefferson including: "When President Jefferson had concluded his speech, the following oath prescribed by the constitution was administered by Chief Justice Marshall.---'I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States..." with more (see), then followed by: "He then retired and repeated discharges of artillery honored him as first Magistrate of the nation."
Four pages, very nice condition.
