"Men Walk On Moon"...

Item # 648939

July 21, 1969

THE NEW YORK TIMES, July 21, 1969  Few headlines of the 20th century would be more historically significant than this one: "MEN WALK ON MOON". This appears as the uncommonly large & bold banner headline for this famous newspaper, destined to be one of the "must have" issues of the last century. The banner subhead reads: "Astronauts Land On Plain After Steering Past Crater" with more, including three photos showing the first steps on the moon. Always nice to have notable events in history reported in this World famous publication.
Complete 1st and 3rd sections only, with left and right margin wear at the centerfold area on the 1st section,  otherwise in good condition.
