DUNLAP'S AMERICAN DAILY ADVERTISER, Philadelphia, Dec. 19, 1791 The front page has three notices concerning the creation of the Bank of the United States (see). Inside has 2 letters signed in type by King Louis XVI of France including one beginning: "In accepting, sir, the Constitution, I promised to maintain it within, and defend it against the enemies from without the kingdom..." with more.
