The front page has a continued report headed: "Taxation No Tyranny; an Answer to the Resolutions and Addressed of the American Congress. By Dr. Johnson." Page 2 has over a full column headed: "The Following is an Authentic Copy of the Petition of the North American Merchants Presented to his Majesty...".
Page 4 has a bit noting: "...House received the report of the New Restraining Bill Committee...in a bill sent fro their House for restraining the commerce & prohibiting the fishery of Massachusetts Bay, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Province Plantation in North America...".
Four pages, red tax stamp on the ftpg., nice condition.
