Page 29 has a one column heading: "KNIGHTSMITH DEAD; LONG TOASTMASTER" with subheads and photo. (see) First report coverage on the death of William Knightsmith, favorite toastmaster of the royals in England. He introduced the red long tailcoat of modern toastmasters. I suspect this is one of the few publications to report this particular event as other titles in our inventory do not.
Other news of the day. Complete 1st section only with all 30 pages, rag edition in nice condition.
