Close to half of page 6 is taken up with very detailed accounts of: "FRANK JAMES" "The Missouri Bandit In the Hands of the Law" "He Decides to Surrender & Give Himself Up To the State Authorities" with more. Included is a quite lengthy letter by him to the governor--taking a full column--signed in type: Frank James.
Great to have this account in a Missouri newspaper, and likely the reason it is so lengthy & detailed
