MILWAUKEE DAILY NEWS, Wisconsin, Jan. 10, 1917

* Buffalo Bill death
* William Cody

This issue has one of the better reports on the death of Buffalo Bill Cody, as other reports we've encountered tend to be related to an inside pages with small reports. This is in the center of the front page with a very nice graphic, and mention of him in the banner headline: "...'BUFFALO BILL' DIES..." among other mentions (see). The graphic is headed: "Death Summons 'Buffalo Bill', Greatest Of The Western Plainsmen" with 6 graphics in addition to a full figure print of him. Related text as well. A great display issue on the death of this iconic figure from the Old West.
Complete in 10 pages, archivally rejoined at the spine, interior pages present but loose at the spine, some chipping at the margins & margin tears, a piece from the back leaf missing near the spine. Fragile & must be handled carefully.
