Most of a page is taken up with two charts headed: "Monies and Coins of Asia and Africa" with subheads: "Accounts Are Kept" and "Coins their Value" (see photos) with a related article on the facing page.
A notable set of articles has "Life of Sir Francis Drake Continued--He Begins his Voyage round the World" and "Drake is Attacked by some Indians", collectively taking over 6 pages, and continued in a future issue.
Among the additional articles noted in the table of contents are: "No Inglorious Inactivity in the Operations of the War" "The Excuse for Sending no Land Forces with Admiral Vernon insufficient" "Conduct of the Seceders" "Remarks on the Decay of the Woollen Trade" "The Amour of a Husband, & the Prudent Behaviour of his Wife" "Observation of Jupiter's Occulation by the Moon" and more.

Complete in 54 pages with full title/index page which contains an engraving of St. John's Gate. Measures about 5 by 8 1/4 inches. In very nice condition.
A very nice pre-Revolutionary War magazine from the "mother country" with a wide range of varied content including news of the day, political reports, literary items, and other unusual tidbits. This was the first periodical to use the word "magazine" in its title, having begun in 1731 and lasting until 1907.
