FEDERAL ORRERY, Boston, Aug. 24, 1795  Most of the ftpg. is taken up with the conclusion of: "Vindication of the Treaty of Amity, Commerce, and Navigation with Great Britain" which was the controversial Jay Treaty. Pg. 2 has: "New French Constitution" which is to be made up of 3 branches, but also noting: "...chief defect in this new constitution proposed for France seems to be that the executive power is to be chosen by the legislative. The absurdity & inconvenience of this will soon appear, , and thus will they revert to an hereditary executive power, or, in other words---a king...".
Four pages, very nice condition.
