Page 4 has an article headed: "An Outlaw's Doom" with subheads: "Death of the Missouri Desperado Hildebrand--Escape of the Outlaw from Missouri--Raid on an Illinois Village--A Walking Arsenal--Arrest of the Murderer---Attempt Upon an Officer's Life--Hildebrand Killed at Last". The article begins: "One of the greatest villains that the rebellion developed was Hildebrand--a man whose name has for years been a terror upon the Missouri borders, & who has shed more blood & committed more crimes than any other of the many desperate characters who have invested Missouri..." with much more.
