* John Fries's rebellion - captured

Most of the ftpg. is taken up with a lengthy chart of: "Prices Current at Boston" which a very wide variety of home goods, etc. Pg. 3 has an item: "The seat of government for the state of Pennsylvania will in future be fixed at Lancaster, a large & elegant borough town about 60 miles from Philadelphia. A new city, in the high grounds near Phila., is going to be built as a summer retreat."
Also an items on the Fries Rebellion noting: "Fries, one of the principal of the Pennsylvania insurgents, & several of his rebellious associates have been taken by the cavalry & committed to the goal in Philadelphia."
The bkpg. has 2 addresses to the President, with 2 responses signed in type: John Adams.
