An ungrateful America...

THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, May 7, 1774 Page two has a very notable item which begins: "A writer treating on American affairs says, America, once steady, prudent, and loyal, by an unhappy course of indulgence in a vicious habit or supposed independence, and a false conception of rights, is become refractory and ungrateful..." with more.
Another page has over a full column headed: "A Short Abstract of a Bill, entitled, 'An Act for making More Effectual Provision for the Government of the Province of Quebec, in North America." (see for portions).
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 inches, partial red ink tax stamp on page 2, very nice condition.
