A front page article headed: "Residence" seems to be insight on the decision to move the nation's capital to Philadelphia from New York (see for portions). Pg. 2 has an article on: "Nootka Sound" which is on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Pg. 2 also has a report on Col. McGillivrary and various Indian tribes (see). Pg. 3 has yet another article titled: "Nootka Sound".
