Page 2 has an article: "Assassination of the French Deputies" which begins: "After the rivers of blood through which the prime agents of the French Revolution have waded; & the sacrifices made in the great slaughter house by the guillotine, the drownings, sucilades, etc. the world must hear with contempt & indignation their whinings at any event however bloody, cruel, or relentless...". Also on pg. 2: "Proclamation of Field Marshall Suwarrow", actually Alexander Suvorow, Russian military leader & national hero, beginning: "Nations of Italy! Take up arms; unite under banners which are fighting for God and the Faith; and you shall triumph over perfidious enemies...".
Four pages, handsome masthead, great condition.
