The very beginning of the ftpg. has an ad for the "Grand Lodge" of the Masons with the Masonic emblem, and signed in type by the Grad Master: Paul Revere.
Most of the 3rd column on the back page is taken up with a: "Treasury Department....Proposals, Will be received at the Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue, for building A LIGHT HOUSE, on Seguin Island, near the mouth of Kenebeck River..." with further details. The actual text begins: "The form is to be an Octagon. The foundation is to be of stone, to be sunk, if practicable, thirteen feet below the bottom of the wooden work..." with much more (see for portions).
Four pages, very nice condition.
