DAILY NATIONAL INTELLIGENC3ER, Washington, D.C., March 6, 1845

* President James K. Polk
* re. Inauguration - inaugural address

Over half a column on pg. 3 is taken up with: "The Inaugural Address" which is actually an editorial concerning it, delivered 2 days previous. Great to have in this newspaper from the nation's capital. Also: "From Mexico" has: "...Santa Anna still remained a prisoner at Perote & nothing definite had transpired concerning his fate..." and: "The Progress of Annexation" of Texas,
Four pages, very nice condition.
