Among the various news items and advertisements of the day, the back page has a very unusual death report: "DROPS DEAD WHEN BIRTH TREE FALLS", which describes an elder man's demise upon his last stroke of an axe which felled his birth tree - a tree which had been planted by his parents on the day of his birth. If true, this one certainly belongs in the next book on "Mysterious Events and the Great Unknown" (see images).
Complete in 10 pages, a little margin wear, generally good - especially for the era.
