Most of the first column is taken up with: "An ACT for the Relief of the Refugees from the British Provinces of Canada & Nova Scotia" who were Loyalists leaving America after the Revolutionary War, signed in type by Th. Jefferson, John Adams, and others (see). Pg. 2 has a report from Savannah concerning the pirating of two ships. Pg.3 mentions the arrival of the frigate Constitution at Newport.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, bit of foxing, good condition.
