The front page has two Acts of Congress, each signed in script type: John Adams, one concerning "...distillers of Geneva" and the other: "An Act to regulate the Medical Establishment". The ftpg. also has: "Capt. Truxton's Resignation" which carries over to pg. 2 (see).
Four pages, some dark staining, wear at the margins, irregular & partially loose at the spine.
