KENTISH GAZETTE, Canterbury, England, April 10, 1795 This newspaper has one of the more decorative & beautiful mastheads of the era. Note the two very detailed engravings on either side, one being the fabled Canterbury Cathedral. The back page has a nice & very detailed report headed: "The Royal Marriage" between Caroline Queen of Brunswick, and the future King George IV. They were first cousins.
Four pages, very nice condition.
