LESLIE'S ILLUSTRATED, New York, April 23, 1859 Inside has a nice full page print: "The Great Billiard Match Between M. Phelan And J. Serreiter At Detroit--Appearance Of The Firemans Hall On The Evening Of The Match." The previous page has text on the match headed: "The Great Billiard Match at Detroit". Another page has: "Our Billiard Column. Edited By Michael Phelan" which includes diagrams of two remarkable shots.
