Wigfall & Mason Consider it a Declaration of War" "Mr. Douglas Again in the President's Defence" "The Diplomatic Corps Introduced at the White House" "Growing Union Sentiment In Virginia".
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed, various tape mends throughout mostly discrete, some wear at margins.
