* Abraham Lincoln's administration settles in

Among the first column heads are several relating to Abraham Lincoln's inauguration: "Interesting Debate on the Inaugural Address" "Messrs. Wigfall & Mason Consider it a Declaration of War" "Mr. Douglas Again in the President's Defence" "The Diplomatic Corps Introduced at the White House" "Growing Union Sentiment In Virginia".
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed, various tape mends throughout mostly discrete, some wear at margins.
