Also some details about a tract of land below Milton. The ad is signed: James Monroe (see). The front page has a "Negroes For Sale" ad with details about the couple.
Four pages, a bit close-trimmed at the bottom of pgs. 1 & 4 affecting some text but not close to the noted ad, otherwise nice condition.
