"Men Walk On Moon", in the New York Times...
Item # 644021
July 21, 1969
THE NEW YORK TIMES, July 21, 1969 Few headlines of the 20th century would be more historically significant than this one: "MEN WALK ON MOON". And great to have in this iconic newspaper. This headline is uncommonly large & bold for this newspaper, destined to be one of the "must have" issues of the last century. The banner subhead reads: "Astronauts Land On Plain After Steering Past Crater" with more, including three photos showing the first steps on the moon. More photos & text inside as well.
Rare in that this is the complete issue with all 4 sections, rarely found as such. Toning to the bottom half of the ftpg., minimal wear at the margins, generally good condition.
