This is an extremely rare, single sheet newspaper which lasted for just over a year under this title. Crane & Kaye notes that only one American institution has this issue.
The back page has a few mentions of merchant ships bound to or from Barbados & Jamaica, as well as the rescue of a floundering French ship with its ungrateful sailors they rescued.
Complete as a single sheet newspaper, 7 1/2 by 12 1/4 inches with wide margins, very nice condition.
