Page 2 contains a message from the President of the United States signed in type: John Adams, concerning relations with France. Page 3 has a brief mention of the reading of a bill in the Massachusetts legislature titled: "an Act for suppressing rogues, vagabonds and other idle, disorderly and lewd persons."
Four pages, decorative masthead, scattered light foxing, generally very nice condition.
