Page 2 has an article: "Affair of the Little Belt" which includes a letter from the captain of the ship concerning its engagement with the American frigate the President. His lengthy letter gives detail of the naval battle. This is followed by much more reporting on the event, carrying over to pg. 3. The Little Belt Affair (see Wikipedia for much more), a clash between the two ships off the coast of North Carolina, was one of the events that would lead to the War of 1812.
Four pages, a bit irregular at the blank spine margin, very nice condition.
