The back page has a nice report beginning: "Several persons concern'd in the effectual settling and improving all the Bahama Islands, under the Rt. Hon. Wm. Lord Craven's Title, do hereby, pursuant to an advertisement by them lately publish'd, give notice to all carpenters, smiths, sawyers, brickmakers, bricklayers, masons, and other artificers, husbandmen, and labourers...and are free & willing to settle themselves and families in the said islands, the same being the most healthy & best situate of any in America..." with more, offering free land if willing to settle there (see).
Complete as a single sheet newspaper, two ornate engravings in the masthead, 8 1/2 by 14 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
