Page 3 contains a nice & detailed report on the formal announcement of the election of Thomas Jefferson as President: "...The president of the senate then broke the seals...the first of which was handed to the teller...who took down in writing the number of the votes of each state--the amount of which was as follows: For President, THOMAS JEFFERSON, 182, CHARLES C. PINCKNEY, 14..." then the count for Vice President, and then: "...From this state of the returns it results & becomes my duty to declare according to  the constitution--that THOMAS JEFFERSON is chosen President of the United States for four years..." with more (see).
Four pages, some staining, bit close-trimmed at 2 margins of the ftpg. not affecting the noted content.
