The first column on the front page contains: "An Act to Indemnify the Estate of the late Major General Nathaniel Greene for a certain Bond entered into by him during the late war." signed in type by the President: George Washington (see).
All of page 2 is taken up with reports from Congress. The back page is taken up with ads including one headed: "Stock Brokers Office" signed by Leonard Bleecker. Bleecker was one of the founders of the first New York stock exchange, & it was for him that Bleecker Street was named.
Four pages, minor discoloring to the right margin, nice condition.
