The front page has Civil War reporting with column heads including; "The Campaign In Kentucky" "The Victory At Mill Spring" "Part Taken in the Engagement by the Tenth Indiana" "Names of the Killed & Wounded" "Documents Found in the Rebel Camp" "Affairs on the Lower Potomac" "News From Fortress Monroe" and more.
Also of interest is a page 5 full column advertisement for: "Barnum's American Museum" which includes 4 illustrations focused on P.T. Barnums's latest attraction, the midget Commodore Nutt (see).
Eight pages, light water stain at the blank spine, nice condition.
