Page 3 has some nice content concerning the new Constitution and ratification deliberations including a report from North Carolina noting: "...legislature of this state meet at Fayette-Vile on Monday...is said that the propriety of calling a new convention will be amongst their earliest deliberations...to be presented to the Assembly for calling a new convention which are signed by all ranks of people...". From New Jersey: "...Assembly met, passed an act for carrying into effect the Constitution on their part...". A lengthy report from Virginia as well.
Pg. 2 also has the list of: "Senators of the United States Already Chosen" (see).
Four pages, ragged at the bottom margin with some loss, a bit irregular at the spine margin, a few archival mends inside.
