German newsbook dated 1609

Newsbook dated in Roman numerals on the full title page: M DC IX, or 1609, believed to have been printed in Frankfort, Germany.  The short title is: "RELATIONIS HISTORICAE" but as is the case with most pre-1665 newsbooks the full title is quite long. Using a translation provided by the person from whom the issue was originally purchased many years ago, the full title crudely translates to: "H.F.L. MAGISTRATES HISTORICAL REPORT CONTINUATION BY SENIOR OBSERVERS DESCRIPTION MORE FLUENT NEWSPAPER AND TENDER HISTORICAL MEMORIES", "Printed in Year of Christ Birth 1609"
The issue is complete in 64 pages and contains various news reports from September, 1608 through March, 1609. Totally in the German language, both red and black ink on the title page only, measures 5 3/4 by 7 1/2 inches some more modern binding remnant at the spine and a repair near the spine edge of the title page, balance of the issue is in very nice condition.
A very rare opportunity for one of the earliest dated newsbooks to be had.
