EDINBURGH EVENING COURANT, Scotland, June 30, 1746  Page 3 has an: "Extract of a Letter from Charles Town in Carolina" which reports of the taking of some ships (see). Following this is a report noting in part: "His Royal Highness the Duke remains at Fort Augustus...A few of the Rebels have got together in the Hill of Minniegig but a detachment is marched from Badenoch which will soon dislodge them..." and a bit more.
Four pages, 8 by 10 inches, red tax stamp on the ftpg., very nice condition.
