Page 3 has an article: "La Fayette's Acceptance of the $200,000 Grant, etc." which mentions Congress's approval of the gift to him for his services to the United States. Included is his letter of acceptance (see).
Also on pg. 3: "North Carolina Gold". Four pages, nice condition.
