The entire front page & part of page 2 are taken up with: 'The Justifying Memorial of the King of Great Britain in Answer to the Exposition of the Court of France" concluded from a previous issue, which has much concerning the American colonies. There are reports of events in Canada, as well as: "...received from an officer at New York...It is confidently spoken of here that the rebels intend an expedition against Canada this winter...", and more (see).
Eight pages, 8 1/4 by 11 inches, very nice, clean condition.
