The back page has a nice, early report concerning the settling of Australia with convicts, with mention of Commodore Phillips: "It is the intention of government, as soon as the settlement in Botany Bay is fully formed, and Commodore Phillips has sent home his dispatches...to send out two ships every year with convicts for the complete peopling of the colony, and getting rid of a set of people which this over-cloyed country abounds with...." with a bit more (see).
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed, 9 by 12 inches, very nice condition.
