MIDDLESEX JOURNAL, London, April 29, 1773  About half of pg. 2 is taken up with: "The Second Speech of Governor Hutchinson to the Assembly at Boston...on the 16th of February...in Reply to their Answer to his First Speech...on the Subject of the principles of the Constitution of the British Colonies (continued from a previous issue). This report concludes with a great letter form  the governor to the Assembly which includes in part: "...We have abundant evidence of his Majesty's tender & impartial regard to the rights of his subjects...will most graciously approve of every constitutional measures that may contribute to the peace, the happiness & prosperity of his colony of Massachusetts Bay...".
Four pages, red tax stamp on the ftpg., great condition.
