Page 3 begins with an interesting item from New York: "The President has received the compliments of all ranks since his return...went to the theatre in John Street; and on his appearance, the audience rose & received him with the warmest acclamations...". Other news of the day.
Four pages, two margins untrimmed, close-trimmed at the top of the ftpg. only affects some of the word "Centinel" (see), archivally rejoined at the spine.
