The first column of the front page has two Acts of Congress, each signed in block type by the President: Go. Washington, as well as by John Adams and Th. Jefferson (see). One is on "...Amending an act intitled 'An Act establishing a Mint & regulating the Coins of the United States so far as respects the Coinage of Copper" noting the amount of copper in the cent and half cent. A significant numismatic item from the very beginning of the United States Mint.
Page 2 contains a full column: "Speech" of the Mass. governor signed by him in type: John Hancock.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, some foxing to the top quadrant of the ftpg. only good condition.
