NEW YORK TIMES, April 8, 1870 Page 5 has: "The Fifteenth Amendment" "Meeting of the Union League Club--Addresses of Horace Greeley, Senator Wilson & Others". Included also is: "Letter From Wm. Lloyd Garrison" the famous anti-slavery crusader, publisher of "The Liberator". The 15th Amendment allowed for voting for all regardless of race.
