This is the "Third Texas Edition" noted in the masthead, with different content than the first & second editions.
Occasionally Leslie's put out an issue with colorful and beautiful outer wrappers, and this is certainly one (see). The reverse of this color cover has several prints of: "A Texas Garden Spot - Views In Mariposa."
Inside has many great prints of various Texas towns including Corpus Christi & Ropes Pass, Beeville, Aransas Pass & Aransas City,  Del rio in Val Verde county, Monterey, El Paso (2 pages), Pecos, Weatherford, Waxahachie, Vernon, and "Scenes in Colorado, the Salt Region of Texas" (see for some)
Sixteen pages plus covers, very nice, clean condition.
