THOMAS'S MASSACHUSETTS SPY OR WORCESTER GAZETTE, Feb. 7, 1798 

* 18th century American title

Over one-third of pg. 2 is taken up reports from the Federal Congress which includes some discussions on a bill to create a tax on spirits and stills. There is also a report from Georgia that: "...a party of white men crossed the Oconee River...attacked a camp of Indians, killed one & wounded two of them..." with a bit more.
Four pages, nice condition.
