HARPER'S NEW MONTHLY MAGAZINE, New York, July, 1865  Articles within this issue are "Prison-Life" which is from Charleston, South Carolina and contains several illustrations; "Washoe Revisited"; "Heroic Deeds of Heroic Men - VIII - A Railroad Adventure"; "Personal Recollections of Abraham Lincoln" which features an illustration of "Abraham Lincoln at Home" [which is the same illustration found on the front cover of Harper's Weekly of May 6, 1865 -- him with his son, Tad]; and other articles and stories. 
Under the "Monthly Record of Current Events" is the news of the surrender of Johnston's army and the charging of the persons for the assassination of President Lincoln.
This is complete in 130+ pages measures approximately 6 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches, has some scattered foxing, otherwise is in very good condition.
