THE UNITED STATES' GAZETTE, Philadelphia, Oct. 29, 1812  Reports include: "Our Navy"  "Hull's Campaign" in Canada; "On Peace, Liberty, and Independence"; war reports from Buffalo, Ordensburgh, Plattsburgh and Detroit; "Presidential Election" gives a state-by-state chart of the results thus far showing DeWitt Clinton in the lead with 111, & a note mentioning: "One hundred and ten votes are a majority of the whole so that Mr. Clinton seems to have a sufficiency without any of the doubtful votes...". Also a nice report headed: "The Battle of Queenstown" and also: "North Western Army" being a letter from Fort Defiance.
Eight pages, 11 by 14 inches, never bound nor trimmed, nice condition.
