Page 2 has several items on the War of 1812 including a report on the Essex frigate with Capt. Porter; a note that the President has: "...issued his Proclamation...offering a free pardon to all deserters from the army who shall surrender themselves to any officer...within four months...". Also: "British Naval Movement" "British Forces on the Lines" "Affairs of Our Frontiers" and more.
Four pages, very nice condition.
