THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, Jan. 29, 1765 

* American trade tensions begin to build

An inside page has a letter from New York under  the heading: "America" which includes: "...taking into serious consideration the present declining state  of our trade...the want of sufficient staples...and the  numerous restrictions with which our commerce is lately encumbered, several gentlemen in this city conceived it of publick utility to form a society for preventing, as far as possible, the calamitous consequences to be apprehended from such complicated evils..." with much more (see images), taking close to a full column.
Eight pages, 8 1/4 by 11 inches, very nice, clean condition.
