FRANK LESLIE'S ILLUSTRATED NEWSPAPER, New York, December 13, 1884  The front cover is entitled "Louisiana -- Preliminary Views of the World's Industrial and Cotton Centennial Exposition at New Orleans" with an accompanying article inside. Inside the issue is: "New York City -- Cutting 'The Cleveland Gem' -- The Stone in the Rough and as Cut"; "Mexico -- General Porfirio Diaz, Inaugurated as President, Dec. 1st"; "Louisiana -- "Louisiana -- The World's Industrial and Cotton Centennial Exposition at New Orleans - Bird's-Eye View of the Exposition Buildings and Grounds, from the Southeast"; "New York City -- President-Elect Cleveland at the Benefit Performance for the Actors' Fund, Dec. 4th"; and additional illustrations, articles and advertisements.
Complete in sixteen pages with a small area of lite dampstaining in the upper left margin, otherwise in very good condition.
